Why we're building Chut

Running a small business in Belgium means spending a disproportionate amount of your week on work that isn't your actual business. Replying to supplier emails. Chasing unpaid invoices. Formatting quotes. Coordinating with your accountant. Filing documents you never asked for.

Large companies solved this with teams of back-office staff and expensive ERP systems. Small businesses were left to patch it together with inboxes, spreadsheets, and willpower. AI changes that — but only if it's built for the real constraints of a five-person company: the existing tools, the mixed languages, the Belgian regulatory context, and the simple fact that the owner can't afford to be wrong.

That's why Chut exists. Not as one more app to check, but as an agent that reads everything coming in, works out what needs to happen, and shows you a preview before it acts. The person running the business stays in control. The machine handles the volume.
