This is a genuine collaboration. We ask for a small, predictable time commitment that keeps the feedback loop tight.

    Tell us when something doesn't fit, feels wrong, or misses the mark. That's the most valuable thing you can give us.

  • Real workflows to work from

    We need to see how your business actually runs — the messy parts included. Sanitised examples don't teach us much.

  • A few short sessions

    An onboarding call plus occasional check-ins. We keep them short and infrequent — we know you're busy.
